Inspiring reasons why you should write something each day

A very lovable friend asked me that why I am writing these stuffs.according to him I should rather spent my time enjoying...it is like u r putting unnecessary pressure. Just relax.go out and see the world outside. You shall be free from yourself. But I think, writing is a form of therapy.. It heals me.I express my madness, melancholy, fear and panic even if nobody is caring. Here,I am the speaker and I am the listener myself. I can manipulate things that I have done were right or not.it gives me chance to judge myself. It is like rediscovering yourself. I wonder people who don't write, sing or paint how they express themselves, their pain, agony, joy, pride.everybody should have his own passion and he should go ahead with it.

Discontentment, disillusionment, and unhappiness often come from forgetting why we’re doing something (or, on a different track, not having a good reason for living a certain way) and it is important to keep those simple reasons at the forefront of your mind or you run the risk of letting your life become a series of boring, menial actions. It’s not only important to remind yourself of your motives for your current actions; it’s important to monitor your actions to see if they align with your life goals so that you can change them. Sometimes, the only way to keep such a close monitor on your actions and goals is to write about them every day.
